214 (FEDERATED MALAY STATES) SQUADRON

214 Squadron with there Stirling Bomber moved into RAF Downham Temporarily from Dec 1943-Until January 1944, as a stop gap before being being transferred from Downham Market & No. 3 Group to RAF Sculthorpe & No. 100 Group and would be known as No.214 (BS) Squadron and carried out the duty in Radio Counter-measures.
